From May 20 to 23, 2025, WTH GmbH from Stade participated in the international trade fair PLASTPOL in Kielce, Poland – one of the most important meeting points for the plastics and rubber processing industry in Central and Eastern Europe.

The trade fair once again focused on crucial topics such as the circular economy, digitalization, innovative materials and advanced technologies.

This is also true for WTH employees – especially since some of them come from international backgrounds. Today, Natalie Thunig shares her thoughts on work with us.
(mud) – Successful salespeople don’t just offer products. They understand that customers are looking for solutions. That’s why WTH sales representatives are first and foremost partners who drive innovation together with their customers. Standard products alone are no longer enough to stand out.
(mud) – What will the new year bring? The first weeks of 2025 already suggest that the waters, both nationally and internationally, will not become calmer. The economy and society hold various surprises in store. Like all companies, WTH will also face major challenges but also new opportunities.
(mud) – WTH GmbH has always been a regular exhibitor at trade fairs in Germany and abroad. In 2025, the company plans to participate in four major exhibitions. The WTH trade fair team is preparing for appearances in Nuremberg, Bad Salzuflen, Kielce (Poland), and Düsseldorf. A key event for WTH Managing Director Gero Thieme is the Plastics and Rubber Trade Fair K 2025 in North Rhine-Westphalia’s capital city: “WTH has been continuously exhibiting there with its own stands since 1992.”
WTH aims to make processes more efficient and transparent. Starting January 1, 2025, we will exclusively create, process, and archive electronic invoices. The hybrid data format “ZUGFeRD” (Central User Guide of the Forum for Electronic Invoicing Germany) will be used. This ensures WTH invoices are machine-readable and can be automatically processed by recipients via the embedded XML file. At the same time, the invoice will also be available as a visual document (PDF file) for recipients who cannot process electronic invoices.
