What Lies Behind a Working Life:
“I Value Flexible Work Design”
(mud) – Those who come into the office in the morning aren’t always just thinking about their current tasks. Sometimes, personal matters are also on their minds. This applies equally to WTH employees—especially those with international backgrounds. Today, Natalia Ceglarek shares her thoughts on work.

When asked to describe herself, Natalia—who has roots in Poland—doesn’t hesitate: “Natalia Ceglarek, married, three children, one dog, and one cat.” Full stop. Everything said.
She sums up her career path like this: “Five years of study at the University of Economics in Poznań, Poland. Then nine years working in a lab at GBA – Gesellschaft für Bioanalytik mbH. And now, nearly 13 years with WTH.”
She describes her responsibilities at WTH as: “Purchasing, communication with suppliers and commercial clients from Poland and Eastern Europe. Also: calculations, preparing offers, order processing, invoicing, and logistics.”
What she values most about her job in Stade is the flexibility in designing her workday. This includes the option to work from home, flexible hours, and above all, the support of kind and very helpful colleagues.
Natalia particularly highlights: “I truly appreciate being able to interact with people from different countries and cultures in my work.”
