What Lies Behind a Working Life:
“Diving Deeper into the WTH World”
(mud) – Those who come into the office in the morning are not always only focused on their current tasks. Sometimes, something very personal is on their minds. This is also true for WTH employees—especially as some have international backgrounds. Today, Jennifer Kirchhoff shares her thoughts on work with us.
She is still relatively new to WTH, having joined in August 2024. But already she’s sure she’s working in her dream job: “I’m currently mainly responsible for order processing and customer service.”
Jennifer “Jenny” Kirchhoff trained as an industrial clerk at Synthopol in Buxtehude. Her professional résumé also includes: ten years in order processing at Mankiewicz in the Customer Center, and five years at Xervon as a commercial employee in various roles.
What the mother of an eight-year-old daughter particularly appreciates: “WTH is very modern. This applies to both the office equipment and the workflows – and of course also to the company’s business philosophy. I also really like the paperless office.”
She especially values the family-like atmosphere, the “friendly colleagues, and the freedom to shape the work individually.” She is happy to have had the opportunity “to work in my dream job.”
She summarizes her current goals as follows: “I will continue to build up my specialist knowledge, especially about our products, and in doing so, dive deeper and deeper into the world of WTH.”
