K Trade Show 2025 – In Person:
Successful trade fair days full of encounters, conversations, and inspiration

From October 8 to 15, 2025, WTH GmbH presented itself at the world’s leading trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry – K 2025 in Düsseldorf. The fair was a complete success for our team: numerous constructive discussions with customers, suppliers, and interested parties enabled us to deepen existing partnerships and establish new business contacts. Interest in our additives – especially in our flame retardants, processing aids, and fine chemicals such as light stabilizers and antioxidants – was consistently high. The visitors’ positive feedback once again underscored the strong market position of our products.

Strong presence, international guests, and great atmosphere

Jutta Bösch from the WTH sales team was impressed by the diversity and internationality of the event:
“I was very impressed by the large number of international exhibitors and guests – visitors from all over the world, even from the Virgin Islands, found their way to our booth!”
She was particularly pleased with the positive mood at the fair:
“This shows that the current industry crisis is primarily a European one – and precisely these customers are looking for sustainable, future-oriented solutions. This is exactly where WTH can shine with its flexible, adaptable product portfolio.”

Experience, enthusiasm, and team spirit

For Tomasz Wojtas from the WTH sales team in Poland, K 2025 was already his fifth consecutive participation – and still “an unforgettable experience every time.” With a wink, he describes the enormous scale of the event:
“This fair every three years is simply gigantic – 18 halls, over 3,300 exhibitors from nearly 70 countries! I feel like a fish in the ocean.”
He praised the strong appearance of the WTH team and everyone’s commitment:
“It was especially nice that many of my Polish guests were able to meet our colleague from the internal sales team, Ms. Ceglarek, in person for the first time – that really strengthened our relationships.”
Even small details like the freshly prepared rolls at the booth each day left an impression:
“Yes, I absolutely love the K trade fair – and I’m already looking forward to 2028!”

Walter Thieme, founder of WTH GmbH, thanked the entire team for their great commitment and lived team spirit:
“Despite many participations since my first K in 1985, this fair is always exciting for me – it reflects the industry’s innovative power and global trends. I will fondly remember not only the intensive discussions but also the outstanding team spirit during and after the fair days.”

A successful appearance despite cautious expectations

Dieter Holst from the WTH trade fair team described how he was initially skeptical:
“Before the fair, I had some doubts – many customers had announced they wouldn’t come this year.” But reality turned out differently:
“Then K started – and it was just like we know it. Already on the first day, our booth was buzzing with visitors.”
His topic, the antimony trioxide substitute, attracted worldwide interest:
“I feel like I spoke with the whole world – visitors from Europe, India, China, Brazil…”
Despite the challenging economic situation, the feedback was consistently positive:
“The fair went from good to excellent – a welcome break from everyday business.”

K 2025 once again proved that personal encounters, professional expertise, and passion form the best foundation for successful business relationships. For WTH GmbH, the appearance in Düsseldorf was not only a showcase of its innovative strength but also a strong signal to customers and partners worldwide: WTH remains a reliable, future-oriented partner – with a dedicated team that convinces both on and off the trade fair floor.
