Sometimes, personal matters are also on their minds. This applies equally to WTH employees\u2014especially those with international backgrounds. Everything said.<\/p>\n\n<p>She sums up her career path like this: \u201cFive years of study at the University of Economics in Pozna\u0144, Poland. Then nine years working in a lab at GBA \u2013 Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Bioanalytik mbH. And now, nearly 13 years with WTH.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>She describes her responsibilities at WTH as: \u201cPurchasing, communication with suppliers and commercial clients from Poland and Eastern Europe. Also: calculations, preparing offers, order processing, invoicing, and logistics.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>What she values most about her job in Stade is the flexibility in designing her workday.
